Returns & Refund Policy

At Cinco Travel and Tour, we value our guests and understand that plans can sometimes change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any tour or travel service.

Tour Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their tour reservation free of charge if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.


Medical Cancellation Policy

If a guest is unable to join the tour due to illness, we offer a partial refund under the following conditions:

  • A valid medical certificate must be provided.

  • Eligible cancellations due to illness will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method used during booking.

Please allow a reasonable processing time depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:

  • No-shows on the day of the tour

  • Last-minute cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure without valid medical documentation

  • Failure to provide required documents for medical-related refund requests
